As you remember, we have repeatedly written about the flagrant case of raids on the part of the parliamentary newspaper "Voice of Ukraine" against "Global Vision". The crime is committed, the statement is written in the law enforcement authorities, and further, according to the Criminal Code of Ukraine and the belief in justice, there must be a solution of the conflict, when the responsible for crime will be punished and good one will receive the belongings back. This is the plot of the actions in the civilized European countries, to the ideals of which we are strain after. But this is too simple, sn`t it? In our country all is skeptical about these simple schemes, and taking care of image, law enforcement officials are doing everything to "make it complicated." They think it is the one way to show with what serious people others face.

And the game begins "pass to someone". It is well known game of those, who have faced with the law enforcement agencies. You write an application to the General Prosecutor's Office, and they send you to the city Prosecutor's Office, and those send you to the district Prosecutor's Office. But there are also interesting people, who send you to ... to the Prosecutor General. Each circle is about 30-45 days. You're nervous, they just laugh. You do nut of powerlessness and humiliation, but they do not care. For them you are not a man to man, you are a piece of paper, on which they need to answer. They need to do it specially – to do nothing later.

For more than 3 months "Global Vision" has been playing this game. Based on the capture of its office and the appropriation of the property by representatives of the parliamentary newspaper "Voice of Ukraine", "Global Vision" wrote statement to the General Prosecutor`s Office, the Prosecutor's Office of Kiev and the Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district, Kiev. The letter was handed from one to another instance: from the General Prosecutor's Office to the Prosecutor's Office of Kiev, then – to the Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district, Kiev. There was the answer – the letter contesting the fact of a criminal offense in the actions of the deputy editor of the newspaper "Voice of Ukraine", Demskiy, who gave the order to seize the office of "Global Vision". They said us to write the Commercial Court of Ukraine or another authority – the Prosecutor's Office in Kiev, or the General Prosecutor`s Office. We did it! But the same story: this letter was again in all instances. We received the same answer from the Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district, Kiev. They just changed the date. After that, "Global Vision" appealed to the General Prosecutor`s Office with complaint on the actions of the Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district – you need to deal with this, look at your chaos. And you know what? What happened next? Exactly! General Prosecutor's Office transferred the complaint to Prosecutor's Office of Kiev and than the complaint moved to the Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district, Kiev. Yes, exactly to that one, on which the complaint was written!

It is derision, isn`t it? And how long can this continue? And what should happen in our country, debilitating by corruption and war, to make laws work?! To make people not to fear representatives of authority, to make people in the uniform not be called "cops", to make nobody have the possibility to work the honest business.

People must live like human and behavior: people are no the papers!

And we have no answers, unfortunately. But bureaucrats we have!
