What do we see in reality?

1. With the naked eye, we notice that there is mismatch between the preliminary results of the Central Election Commission and parallel vote count by independent experts.

2. The opposition, led by former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, because of their political beliefs, was put aside from participation in elections. As result – undue pressure and persecution of political opponents.

3. It has been committed "the use of state resources in favor of the candidates of the ruling party".

Mark Toner, the US State Department spokesman, and Hillary Clinton, US State Secretary, have reacted justly on our "fair" parliamentary elections. They sharply called "to stop the regression of democracy, which Ukraine is going through, and begin to realize aspirations of the Ukrainian people again.

We feel the imminent collapse of our state, where the law has no force and is under pressure of the authorities. Our suffering Ukraine deserves better fate. It all depends on us, whether there is human freedom, real security of the principle of equal opportunities in politics and other spheres of society, whether our rights and freedoms, private property will be protected and the state will guarantee the rule of law and will orient the rights on the person – worker and owner.

You tell me, it is fiction! No, it is not. This is a normal life-being.

In the 6th century B.C. Heraclitus formulated the principle of the rule of law in the immortal aphorism: "The people must fight for its law as for its walls." And we will fight for democracy, for the law, which prevails over the rulers and we strongly believe that we will save our state.
