As we have previously informed our readers, on October 31, 2014, was captured the office, in which the technical department of the company "Global Vision" placed, and all equipment, documents and personals of employees. The office, mentioned to above, was located in the building of the newspaper of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine "Voice of Ukraine", Nesterov, 4, Street. As a result of this incident on November 4, 2014, the administration of the company "Global Vision" filed a petition to the General Prosecutor Office of Ukraine. Copies of the statement were sent to the Prosecutor's Office in Kyiv and the Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district.

On December 19, 2014, (in 45 days) the administration of the company "Global Vision" received a letter from Deputy Prosecutor of Shevchenko district, Kiev, a first-class lawyer Dotsenko. He wrote: "This is beyond our competence. You need to apply to another authority: Commercial Court or a higher authority, on condition that you are not satisfied with our response."

Instead of having to start a criminal case, Article 191, paragraph 2, of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: "Misappropriation, embezzlement or conversion of property by malversation – shall be punishable by restraint of liberty for a term up to five years, or imprisonment for the same term, with the deprivation of the right to occupy certain positions or engage in certain activities for a term up to three years."

Instead of reviewing the materials, investigation and interrogation of victims, Prosecutor's Office in Shevchenko district, represented by deputy prosecutor, a first-class Dotsenko, only sent us the letter, in which was recommended to apply to the Commercial Court of Ukraine.

The administration of the company "Global Vision" has decided to apply to the General Prosecutor of Ukraine and the Prosecutor's Office in Kiev with the request to review all the materials of the case and, within the frame of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine, to start a criminal case.

The above case proves that nothing has changed in our country and the situation is only getting worse.

The government does not react to faults in their own circles, just continues to "encourage" offenses, applying the blind eye.

Nowadays, there is a policy of "one hand washing the other". And, unfortunately, the process of its development is gaining momentum.
