Finally on March 14, 2015, the criminal case №120 15 100 10 000 29 was opened against the chief editor of the Parliamentary newspaper "Voice of Ukraine" A.Gorlov and his deputy S.Demski, under the article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Public organization "Freedom Voice" addresses it’s requirements to the speaker of parliament Vladimir Groisman.

Dear Mr. Groisman! We ask you to suspend from work for the time of investigation the Chief Editor of "Voice of Ukraine" A.Gorlov and his deputy S.Demski, as it is obvious that these officials will use their official position and will put strain on the investigation.

Since the office of the Parliament of Ukraine is owner and supervisor of the newspaper "Voice of Ukraine", it’s are responsible for the illegal behavior of its employees.
