Two years have passed since Viktor Pshonka was appointed to the post of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine. Analyzing the activity of the Prosecutor General, which should be a symbol of integrity and professionalism, public organization "Freedom Voice" has come to some conclusions, which we share with you.

Viktor Pshonka has all ranks and regalia in the law enforcement system since 1980. Native town Donetsk is not the one bond between Phonka and our President, Yanukovych. Moreover, we can say, they are "relatives": Viktor Yanucovych is godfather of Pshonka`s son, Artem. No wonder that the president fully believes kum. Today, the President and the Prosecutor General are in the zenith of their career and on top of their government.

Our official called to see after the correct implementation and execution of laws, eagerly takes on the case and stands ready to fulfill any whim of the authorities. He is ready for a new style of leadership in compliance with the old principles.

Our investigation showed that the post of prosecutor of the Donetsk region Pshonka:

Openly and brazenly covers the real criminals;

Physically eliminate journalists who write the truth about his son's criminal ties;

Pursues Matios writer, the winner of the Shevchenko Prize, removing from the sale her book "Torn Out Pages from the Autobiography";

Does nothing to solve a series of contract killings.

As you can see, this life period of Victor Pshonka can be signified as the period of primitive accumulation of capital by "Mafia prosecutor" – permissiveness (a total absence of authority), violation of the law.

The brutality – the one word the journalists use, which describes the period of time, when Pshonka was a prosecutor in Donetsk region. In view of the murder of journalist Igor Alexandrov, the head of the TV Company "TOP", in 2001, Pshonka brought to disciplinary responsibility for failure to ensure adequate supervision of the criminal investigation, but kum of the President came out clean, he even got a promotion – he became the Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine. What conclusions can we make? Corruption, political repression and cronyism – this is our reality! And Mr. Pshonka – this is a dangerous infection, infecting rapidly the state structures of our country.

Let me ask you a question, the Attorney General, on what means have you built the church and nunnery in your native village Sergeevka, Region Slavic, in 2002? Perhaps, on the limited salary of state official...

Recently, Viktor Yanukovych mentioned about a "inherited power". As we see, looking at the Pshonka family, such heredity is very rotten, threatening the country's total degradation. As part of the announced judicial reform, the public prosecutor's department remains untouched, with unlimited powers and the lack of any control and responsibility for the committed actions.
